	After proper aging, your meats are trimmed, portion controlled, and packaged to your specifications. Next, each portion is labeled and vacuum-sealed in an airtight transparent wrap that not only guarantees against freezer burn, but also protects from dehydration and discoloration. After they're wrapped, your meats are flash frozen. This maintains peak freshness and assures that vitamin-rich juices are locked in.
When your order is ready for delivery, it is carefully loaded into freezer trucks. In each stage of the delivery process, we take great care to see that the ideal temperatures are maintained. Our uniformed deliverymen bring your food to you by appointment and then pack it in your freezer for you. Each time you reorder your stock is rotated. Imagine the convenience.
