Mushroom and Onion Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

  • 4 Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 hamburger rolls
  • 1 tbs steak and burger seasoning

Directions:

  1. Saute the oil, mushrooms and onion in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Cook on low until caramelized. Generously apply the steak and burger seasoning to both sides of the Certified Angus Beef Burgers.
  3. Grill the burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
  4. When the burgers are almost finished, melt the 4 slices of cheese over top of the burgers (about 1 minute.)
  5. If desired, grill the buns.
  6. Serve burgers on buns topped with mushroom and onion mixture. Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Burger

.Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 rings of pineapple
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 tbs Steak and burger seasoning
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Generously apply the steak and burger seasoning to both sides of the Certified Angus Beef Burgers.
  2. Grill the burgers for 4 – 6 minutes on the first side, flip, then brush with teriyaki sauce and grill for another 4 minutes or until they’re cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160 to 165 degrees
  3. Meanwhile, grille the rings of pineapple and red onions until caramelized and tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Remove to a plate, cover, and let rest 5 minutes.
  5. If desired, grill the buns.
  6. Place the burgers in the buns, top with grilled pineapple, red onion, and bacon.

Bruschetta Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 4 Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (if you use fresh mozarella balls, cute them into slices)
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs dijon mustard
  • ½ yellow onion, diced

Directions:

  1. Season both sides of the burgers with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine oil, tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard and onion in a medium sized bowl. Set aside.
  3. Grill the burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
  4. When the burgers are almost finished, melt the mozzarella cheese over top of the burger (about 1 minute.)
  5. If desired, grill the buns.
  6. Serve burgers on buns topped the bruschetta mixture, lettuce and desired condiments.

Spicy Guacamole Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ yellow onion
  • 2 tbs cilantro paste or 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger rolls

Directions:

  1. With a fork, mash the avocados with the jalapeno, red pepper flakes lime juice, onion, cilantro paste and green bell pepper. Set aside.
  2. Season both sides of the burgers with salt and pepper.
  3. Next, grill the burgers for about 4 – 6 minutes on each side, or until they’re cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160 to 165 degrees F.
  4. When the burgers are almost finished, melt the 4 slices of cheese over top of the burger (about 1 minute)
  5. If desired, grill the buns. Place the burgers in the buns (or go bunless) and top with the spicy guacamole mixture.

BBQ Bacon Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Certified Angus Beef Burgers
  • McCormick® Grill Mates® Worcestershire Pub Burger Seasoning
  • 2 tbs steak sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 4 Hamburger buns

Instructions:

  1. Generously apply the Pub Burger Seasoning to both of the Certified Angus Beef Burgers.
  2. In a frying pan add the olive oil and sliced onions. Cook on low until caramelized.
  3. Next, grill the burgers for about 4 – 6 minutes on each side, or until they’re cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160 to 165 degrees F.
  4. When the burgers are almost finished, melt the cheese over top (about 1 minute.)
  5. Add the bacon and caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
  6. If desired, grill the buns.
  7. Place the burger on a bun and pour the steak sauce over top.
