Day 1: Traditional Turkey BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • White bread
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Crispy bacon
  • Sliced turkey

Preparation Directions

Toast white bread and spread mayonnaise on warm toast.

Layer with iceberg lettuce, slices of tomato, crispy bacon and slices of turkey.

Day 2: Turkey Sandwich With Bacon And Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of toasted raisin-walnut bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese with chives
  • 3 ounces roasted turkey, sliced to desired thickness

Preparation Directions

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until crispy. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels.

Spread the toasted bread with cream cheese.

Add the bacon and turkey.

Day 3: Turkey Club With Chipotle Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch chipotle chili powder
  • 1 ounce sliced Cheddar
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1/4 cup sprouts

Preparation Directions

Combine mayonnaise with chili powder to make chipotle mayo.

Next, toast the bread and spread the mayo after toasting.

Add the turkey, cheddar, bacon and sprouts.

Day 4: Turkey Panini With Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation Directions

Spread the pesto sauce onto the loaf of bread. Add turkey, Swiss cheese and red onion. Add the top of the bread and cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.

Preheat a grill pan to medium heat.

Brush the outside of the sandwiches with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the sandwiches to the grill and lightly brown both sides or until the cheese has melted, usually 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Day 5: Turkey Caesar Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 2 or 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey

Preparation Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan and Worcestershire sauce. Season with sea salt and ground pepper to taste.

Spread the mixture on both slices of bread.

Add lettuce to first bread slice, layer with turkey and top with second bread slice.

Day 6: Turkey, Cheddar And Green-Apple Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
  • 2 slices toasted whole-grain bread
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 ounce sliced extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 thin green apple slices
  • 2 pieces red-leaf lettuce

Preparation Directions

Spread mustard and mayonnaise on either side of the toasted bread.

Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the mustard or mayonnaise and top with second bread slice.

Day 7: Turkey Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white-wine vinegar
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup arugula or baby spinach
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 12-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 slices of turkey breast

Preparation Directions

Chop up the turkey and place in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar, stirring until combined. Add black pepper to taste.

Add greens and carrots to the center of the tortilla.

Add turkey salad on top of the greens and carrots.

Fold tortilla, cut in half and serve.
