Do you have your own homemade special meat sauce?

Cook your sauce like you normally do and just follow these steps to make the spaghetti squash:

  1. Cut your spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  2. Brush both the inside and outside with olive oil
  3. Use a fork to poke a few holes into the outside of the squash
  4. Place the inside of the squash face down on a plate
  5. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes or until squash is tender
  6. Let stand 5 minutes and then scrape squash with fork to separate strands
  7. Add the meat sauce overtop, and BAM! You’ve got yourself a fall twist on an Italian classic!
