Five Simple Air-Fried Chicken Wings
1 lb Chicken Wings (For each Flavor)
Cooking Spray
Classic Buffalo wings: 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
Lemon Pepper wings: 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (add more seasoning for more flavor)
Honey BBQ wings: mix 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce + 3 tbsp Honey
Hoisin Glazed wings: mix 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey (Sesame seeds garnish optional)
Everything-But-The wings: 2 tbsp Everything-But-The seasoning
How to Prepare
– Trim chicken wings (chef’s tip: save the raw wingtips to make stock or soup!)
– Spray air fryer tray with cooking spray
– Evenly space chicken wings on tray and place into air fryer (See above image)
– Cook at 2750F for 20 minutes
– Increase temperature to 3000F and cook 15 minutes
– Increase temperature to 3250F and cook 15 minutes
– Increase temperature to 3500F and cook 10 minutes
– Increase temperature to 4000F and cook 10 minutes
Time to Make the Wings!
– Place cooked wings into large bowl
– Combine with your favorite flavor from above
– Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with your favorite dipping sauce (or sauces!), and plenty of crunchy celery!
