Sheet Pan Crispy Herb-Infused Chicken Fiesta

Introducing  zesty Crispy Herb-Infused Chicken Fiesta! Tender, all-natural chicken coated in a flavorful herb blend, accompanied by a rainbow of bell peppers, onions, and charred corn. This vibrant feast will transport your taste buds straight to flavor town.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Five Star Home Foods boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cascadian Farms corn
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

In a small bowl, combine the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Pat dry the all-natural chicken breasts with a paper towel and place them on the prepared sheet pan.

Drizzle the chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring they are well coated. Sprinkle half of the herb seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere.

In a separate bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and corn kernels with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle the remaining herb seasoning mixture over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.

Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the chicken breasts on the sheet pan, making sure they are spread out in a single layer.

Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. You can check the chicken’s doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast; it should read 165°F.

Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the chicken to remain juicy and allows the flavors to meld together.

Serve the Sheet Pan Crispy Herb-Infused Chicken Fiesta by transferring the chicken breasts onto plates or a platter and spooning the roasted vegetables alongside. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley for an added burst of freshness.

Enjoy this delicious and wholesome meal that’s bursting with flavors and colors. It’s a fiesta for your taste buds!

Sheet Pan Sizzling Steak Sensation with Roasted Veggies

Prepare to be blown away by our Sizzling Steak Sensation! Juicy steak slices marinated to perfection, mingling with a medley of roasted veggies, including hearty potatoes, carrots, and Brussels sprouts. It’s a tantalizing combination that will leave you begging for seconds. Check out the recipe here!

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Certified Angus Beef flank steak

1 lb Five Star Home Foods Roasted baby potatoes, halved

2 large carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks

1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved

1 red onion, peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Season the steak generously with salt, black pepper, and half of the garlic powder. Set it aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced carrots, halved Brussels sprouts, and sliced red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining garlic powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated with the seasonings.

Place the marinated steak on one side of the prepared sheet pan. Arrange the seasoned vegetables on the other side, spreading them out in a single layer.

Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender. For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of around 135°F, while medium should be around 145°F..

Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and let the steak rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips. Serve the sizzling steak alongside the roasted veggies on a platter or individual plates.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and added freshness.

This sheet pan sizzling steak sensation with roasted veggies is a hearty and delicious meal that’s perfect for any occasion. Enjoy the juicy steak paired with the tender vegetables for a wholesome and satisfying dining experience.
