Pro-tip: Frozen bananas go a long way! Buy some organic bananas, peel them and cut them in half. Place them in a Ziploc bag and freeze them. They will make your smoothie much creamier, almost ice cream like! If you don’t have any frozen bananas, just add a few ice cubes to each of these recipes.

Jazzed up Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana – Organic
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Organic Almond Milk (can substitute for regular milk or cashew milk)
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Almond Butter
  • A few dashes of Organic Cinnamon (trust me!)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth!

Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana – Organic
  • 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup Organic Almond Milk (can substitute for regular milk or cashew milk)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth!
